As a part of Vidyarangam Kalasahithyavedi's school level activities and innovative Head of SSA 's Vaayanavasantham programmes a programme named 'EZHITHUKARKOPPAM ORU DINAM' is conducted in GUPS Nedumkunnam North on 15-01-2016 to improving the Reading habits of students.This programme is presided by Smt.Jayanthi S.R,BPO,Brc Karukachal.Programme is inagurated by smt.Ramla Beegum,AEO,Karukachal Educational sub-district.Vidyarangam Convenor Shri.Benny made welcome Speech and Smt.Sreeja V.S made vote of thanks.Class is taken by Shri.Suresh,staff of GHSS Nedumkunnam and the class is based on the History,importance of Malayalam Language.

After the lunch,pencil drawing for LP Level students and story writing,Nadanpattu,Poem writing for UP Students are conducted.Script writing,story and Nadanpattu are conducted for High school level studemts.Certificates are given to Every participants and special prizes are distributed to first and second places winners.Refreshment is also given to the students.

A one day training programme is conducted for New LSG Members to knowing the Various Activities undertaken by Sarva siksha abhiyaan in the field of General Education as well as its importance in the light of Right to Education Act at various LSG Centers on 04-01-2016 to 07-01-2016 under karukachal BRC.The programme is also focused on preparing Village Education Register and the roles of LSG Members in the field of General Education.

In Manimala panchayath ,The Training programme is conducted on 04-01-2016 presided by Sri.Johnykutty thomas,Vice president of Manimala Panchayath and inagurated by Smt.Valsalakumari,President of Manimala panchayath.Classes are taken by Crc co-ordinators of Brc karukachal named Bincy.p.Mathews,Sreeja V.S,GopikaRani.G and IEDC RT,Lincy sebastian. 15 LSG members are participated in this tarining programme.

In kangazha panchayath ,the Training programme is conducted on 05-01-2016 presided by Sri.Nazeer Thazhethadam ,Chairman Education standing committe and inagurated by Sri.Pradeepkumar,President of Kangazha  panchayath.Classes are taken by Crc co-ordinators of Brc karukachal named Renjan.Mathews,Sreeja V.S,GopikaRani.G and IEDC RT,Omana.p.Abraham.. 15 LSG members are participated in this tarining programme.

In karukachal panchayath ,the Training programme is conducted on 05-01-2016 presided by Sri.Bijukumar and inagurated by Smt.Bindu Vijayanandan VicePresident of Karukachal  panchayath.Classes are taken by Crc co-ordinators of Brc karukachal named Vimal Raj.R,Ganga MK, and IEDC RT,Lincy sebastian.16 LSG members are participated in this tarining programme.

In Nedumkunnam  panchayath ,the Training programme is conducted on 06-01-2016 presided by Sri.Joseph Devasiya ,Chairman Education standing committe and inagurated by Sri.Mathew John,President ofNedumkunnam  panchayath.Classes are taken by Crc co-ordinators of Brc karukachal named Ganga M.K ,Sreeja V.S,Renjan Mathews,GopikaRani.G and IEDC RT,Lincy sebastian.. 15 LSG members are participated in this training programme.

In Vazhoor panchayath ,the Training programme is conducted on 07-01-2016 presided by Smt.Leelamani balachandran Chairman Education standing committe and inagurated by Smt.Prof.Pushkaladevi ,President of vazhoor panchayath.Classes are taken by Crc co-ordinators of Brc karukachal named Vimal Raj,GopikaRani.G and IEDC RT,Suvarna sukumaran..13 LSG members are participated in this training programme.

In Vellavoor panchayath ,The Training programme is conducted on 07-01-2016 presided by Sri.Sreejith P.D,Vice president of Vellavoor Panchayath and inagurated by Smt.Shiny kunnel ,President ofVellavoor panchayath.Classes are taken by Crc co-ordinators of Brc karukachal named Sreeja V.S,Ganga M.k,Renjan Mathews. 12 LSG members are participated in this tarining programme.
                                          
                                          LSG TRAINING AT VELLAVOOR PANCHAYATH

In Every panchayaths video presentation about about the various activities under taken by S.S.A and importance in the field of Elementary Education.A Detailed class and debates are conducted in these panchayaths about the school development plans,VER etc.All the discussions are very useful to the LSG members.

  RASAGANITHAM 2015-2016

TWO DAYS CAMP FOR STUDENTS

                                                                                                                                                                     A Programme named 'RASAGANITHAM'  was conducted by SSA Kottayam for the students to improving their mathematical abilities in their studies,it is a two days Residential camp and it is conducted in Govt.UPS Nedumkunnam North under Brc karukachal on December 22,23 .
On December 22,Registration starts on 9.30 am.The programme is started wit the prayer song at 10.00 am,Welcome speech is done by Smt.Jayanthi S.R,BPO(I/C),Brc karukachal.The inaguration programme is presided by Smt.Ramla Beegum,AEO Karukachal sub-District.The RASAGANITHAM camp is inagurated by Shri.K.P.Balagoplan,President of Vazhoor Block Panchayath.Felicitataion speech is done by Smt.V.M.Lovely,HM of Govt.UPS Nedumkunnam North and vote of thanks is done by Shri.Renjan Mathews,CRC Co-ordinator of Brc karukachal.

                                                                 CAMP ACTIVITIES

                      Maths class is started at 11.00 am.Before starting the class,the students are seperated in various groups based on some mathematical problems.Group leaders are selected for this class and every groups have got different duties and responsibilities.After tea break,Aim of this camp is explained and quiz programme about maths is conducted.After the lunch,class is started on 2.00 pm.This class is purely concentrated on the construction of Origami.After this session,a programme named 'Nadakeekaranam' is conducted and the students understood about the concepts perimeter,Area etc.At 6.00 pm,various cultural programmes ,Camp fire was conducted and supper is provided to the students.The Camp is ended at 10.00 pm on first day.


SECOND DAY
                          After the Breakfast,The camp is started at 9.00 am and the Documentation of first day is prepared by exhibiting various papers,mathematical patterns prepared by the students.Then various Mathematical patterns are showned to improve theie mathematical thoughts.after the lunch,various mathematical operations like addition, substraction of various number patterns are prepared in chart paper and based on this some mathematical calculations are conducted to know the price,discount,profit and loss method etc.All the classes are very useful for the students.RP's for this programme arer Shri.Prasanann,Former BPO,BRC Karukachal and Shri.Ramesh,Staff of SVHS Pullad.Feed back is conducted among the students at 4.00 pm and the certificates are provided to all the students participated in this camp.Smt.Ganga M.K,Crc co-ordinator made vote of thanks.after the Tea break class is ended with the National Anthem.42 Students are participated in this camp.

AMRUTHAM 2015-16

                                           AMRUTHAM -IEDC CAMP 2015-2016

                                                             IEDC Camp named 'AMRUTHAM' is conducted on Dec 21,22 2015 at Gups nedumkunnam north.The aim of the Programme is to express their abilities of Differently abled children.Programme is started with the welcome speech by Smt.Jayanthi S.R(BPOBrc karukachal) and Shri.Ajith Muthiramala(Dist.Panchayth member)made presidential address.The programme is  inagurated by Sri.Mathew john(Nedumkunnam panchayath president).He gave short description about the students whose are mentally and physically  disabled showing their strong determinations in world and also he share some sweet memories in his childhood days. Facilitation speech is done by R.Rajesh(Vazhoor block panchayath member).Around 50 students and 20 parents were participated in this progrmme.As a part of this camp,students visited ‘Neythushala’at Nedumkunnam.Refreshment is also given to both the students and the parents.

                                                   World Disabled Day is Celebrated on 03-12-2015 at 10.00 am at Karukachal BRC.The Programme is started with the welcome speech by Satheesh.S,IEDC RT,Brc karukachal and Jayanthi S.R Bpo in charge (karukachal BRC) made presidential address.The programme is  inagurated by Smt.Sasikala Nair,District panchayat member,kottayam.She gave short description about the students whose are mentally and physically  disabled showing their strong determinations in world and also she share some sweet memories in her childhood.Facilitate speech is done by Canara Bank Manager Shri.Subash Balakrishnan and He Honoured Smt.Sasikala Nair,the women who overcome the disabilities in her life.

In this meeting, Iedc Equipments is given to Kumari.Lenchumol and Ashna Azeez by Smt.Sasikala Nair and Shri.Subash Balakrishnan.Kumari.Sara Sudhir,Master Nafas Hari made  programmes on the stage.Crc Co-ordinator.Shri.Vimal raj made vote of thanks.After the inagural cermony there is a variety of  programmes are conducted in Brc.Mimicry,Ball passing,Pencil Drawing,singing,Colouring are the some of the programmes.

After the Lunch,There is an a class conducted by ShriI.Dr. saji (NHRM,Medical Officer,Vazhoor).This class is an interactive class and very helpful for both the parents and students.After the class ,Dr.Saji gave Gifts to students.Around 55 students and their parents  are attended in this celebrations and it's ended by 4.00 pm.

                       Brc karukachal conducted this year SMC Training"OPPAM NADAKKAM" in six panchayaths on 29-09-2015,30-09-2015 and 01-10-2015.

                                   

on 29-09-2015,The training is conducted by Crcc's Shri.Vimal Raj,Smt GopikaRani.G,& Iedc rt smt.Suvarna sukumaran in vazhoor panchayth.Onthe same day,The training is conducted by Crcc's Smt.Ganga M.K,Sreeja v.s & Iedc rt Shri.Sathesh.S in nedumkunnam panchayath.On 30-09-2015,The training is conducted by Crcc's Smt Bincy.p.mathews,Smt GopikaRani.G& Iedc rt Smt.Lincy sebastian in manimala and Crcc's Shri.Renjan mathews,Shri.Vimal Raj & Iedc rt Smt.Omana.p.Abraham take the classes in kangazha panchayaths.

On 01-10-2015,in Vellavoor panchayth,the classes is taken by Crcc's Smt.Ganga M.K,Sreeja v.s &Iedc rt's smt.Suvarna sukumaran,Smt.Lincy sebastian and The training is conducted by Crcc's Shri.Vimal Raj,Smt GopikaRani.G,& Iedc rt smt.Suvarna sukumaran in Karukachal panchayath on the same day.
                    

In these meetings,HM's from different schools,SRG Convenors,SMC/PTA Members were attended.The meetings started on morning 10.00 am with prayer song.These meeting focused that Only with the co-ordination and support of SMC/PTA Members,Good education is completed in School childrens.It is also discussed that the SDP makes a huge role in the empowerment of education .
                                   

After the first session,a Gruop discussion and a debate is conducted about the importance of sdp and what are the main points that should  be included  in SDP.They prepared the SDP by the  main activiites taken by  various schools.

Around 47 members were present in vazhoor panchayath,40 members in nedumkunnam,vellavoor,karukachal and 45 members in kangazha & 55 memberes in manimala panchayaths. The classes are ended with the national anthem on 4.00pm.
